EMT Virtual Solutions LLC is Primarily a Virtual Center Bunisness. Connecting EMT agents with various Fortune 500 companies from the comfort of your own HOME since 2017. We offer several positions in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, and Technical Support. We are seeking reliable, Trustworthy self-motivated individuals to join our team of Customer Service Representatives at our Virtual Call Center! As a Customer Service Representative(CSR), you will provide customer service, sales, and/or technical support for a client or clients of your choosing. Your primary job function will be taking inbound calls from customers to help resolve issues and/or complete reservations and/or purchases. Experience in one or more of these areas is preferred, but not required. Training is available. This is a independent contractor position.

Basic Requirements
Some Clients require waist up business attire during video calls. (Dependent on clients you select)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be a United States citizen
Must live in the United States (we are currently not hiring in CA, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WI)
Must have a quiet workspace free of distractions
Must pass a technical check, language assessment, and background check (some clients may require a drug screening)
PC: Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 (Windows 8.1 may not be supported by some clients)
MAC: Boot Camp and a licensed version of Windows must be installed
Desktop or laptop (all-in-one desktops are not compatible)
Dual monitors are recommended, but not required for most clients
Hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection (wireless connections are prohibited)
Some clients may require a hard-wired landline telephone service (others will allow VOIP)
